Empowermet Through Education.

Many of our clients are Spanish with limited English proficiency or do not speak, read, or write in English. At Neighbors' Consejo, we understand cultural competency and so that they can become succesful in the workplace, our clients need to be proficient in English. That is why we offer many educational programs to empower our clients to meet the demand of today's workforce and to become an integrated citizen of the U.S.
