Message from the Executive Director:

On behalf of my staff and the Board of directors, we would like to thank all our special guests: Former Respresentative the Honarable Jim Kolbe and Mr. Hector Alfonso, the Honorable Ana Margarita Chavez Escobar, the honorable Jim Graham and his representatives, and the honorable Muriel Bowser. 

However, we can not forget all of those who came and made a special contribution, enjoyed the lovely company, and most of all, the view, "Facing a New Horizon."  The circle has been formed; and I am happy that we, as Neighors', are all contected to help prevent homelessness. Definately, Neighors' Consejo is  D.C.'s Phoenix.
