Neighbors' Consejo Proud to be Celebrating 15 Years of Legacy.
Neighbors' Consejo was founded in 1994 with the intention of helping low-income, underserved Latino community attain socioeconomic, emotional, employment and financial stability.
Neighbors’ Consejo is a bilingual and multicultural agency specializing in the prevention of the homelessness, substance abuse and mental health in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, helping the Latino community. We offer solutions to ensure that proper services and programs are available to Hispanic/Latino individuals and families, regardless of country of origin, languages, ethnicity or socio-economic background, in order to prevent homelessness. We provide hope, dignity and social justice.
