Starting a New Life

Once Neighbors' Consejo's clients receive assistance from Casa Paz and Casa Libertad, we continue to support them. Many of our clients need support group and advocacy services. The Outpatient Program (Volver a Nacer) provides both. We want our clients to feel that they are always part of a familia here at Neighbors' Consejo.

Outpatient Program's Philosophy:
Our philosophy is simple: "Nueva Vida," which means "New Life." Neighbors' Consejo is here to help our clients begin their new life.

Aftercare Services--Envuelvete (ATR) promotes ongoing support for dual and triple diagnosis, ex-court offenders and individuals who have been sober for more than eight years. They meet Tuesdays from 6-8pm. Dinner is served.
