Needing More Help When Facing a New World

"Casa Libertad" translated into English means "Freedom House." This is part of the Transitional Program, supported by a grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Casa Libertad is fully-certified through the Department of Health as a Community Residential Facility (CRF).

To further assist our clients in preventing relapse, they are referred to our Outpatient Program, Nueva Vida ("New Life").
