C.M. Prasad, M.D., Ph.D
Dr. Prasad our the Medical Director. Since 2009, he has been our psychiatric, mental health, and addiction specialist. Originally from India, he attended medical school in Mexico and received his Ph.D. in pharmacology. He has been living and actively practicing medicine in the DC-Metro area, with varied experience in chronic mental illness, abuse, crisis, and in and out patient-care. Highly qualified, he has received many awards for his activeness in the community.

Gabriel Fabre
Gabriel is our Intake Coordinator, and has been working with us since 2009. Originally studying electrical engineering at Catholic University in Guayaquil, Ecuador, he came to the United States in 1988 and began studying counseling and psychology in a program for Catholic University in DC. He currently lives in Rockville, MD.
Maria Avila
Maria works as part of the intake team and has been with us since April of 2010. Originally from Colombia, she moved to the United States in 2001 and is working on her degree in criminology, law and society from George Mason University. Her background in criminology and her knowledge of the court system goes hand-in-hand with the frequency of alcohol and drug abuse in homeless individuals.
