                                                                Ana Laura Vargas, Intern

                                                                Ana Vargas is currently a junior studying Global Affairs with a focus on International Development and a minor in Leadership at George Mason University. She came to the United States in 2005. She graduated from High School with honors and holding many positions of Presidents and Vice-President in different Student Associations. She has worked with After School matters, in Chicago helping kids with behavior problems. She has also Intern for United for Colombia, helping war victims of Colombia come to the United States. Also, has gone to India to teach English to poor kids in villages. Vargas has travelled around Europe, Asia, and North and South America. She originally is part of the Phy Theta Kappa Honor Society, a member of the Unicef club, and of the Indian Student Association at George Mason University. Ana’s goal is to defend Human rights in areas of war zones.


                                                                Natalia Sanchez Servan, Volunteer

                                                                Natalia Sanchez Servan, a volunteer in Neighbors' Consejo, obtained her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science at the Autonomous University of Madrid and her Master's degree in Food Safety from CESIF (Madrid). Originally fromSpain, Natalia has two years of experience working as a Food Technician on the Spanish international chain Carrefour, a  group that operates mainly in Europe, South America and China. Since Natalia arrived in DC in 2010, she had the desire to help by sharing her knowledge with others who have health problems.
