What makes us different!

Neigbhors' Consejo is the only Latino-serving, bilingual, and multicultural non profit agency specializing on the prevention of homelessness in Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

As the only homeless organization in DC with full bilingual capacity, homeless clients are referred to many other agencies, government entities and concerned residents who do not have the capacity to address the certain needs of Latino clients.

Our model has enabled Neighbors' Consejo to become a primary gateway to crisis intervention and supportive services for Latino homeless and at-risk families in Washington, D.C. We provide clients immediate walk-in access to a full-range of social services and comprehensive case management.
