Substance Abuse


Neighbors' Consejo's Substance Abuse Program is certified by the District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH), Addiction Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA) to provide services to the community residing in the District of Columbia in various levels of care: in the Residential and Transitional Substance Abuse Treatment House (Casa Paz and Casa Libertad); through the Outpatient Program (Outpatient level I and Intensive Outpatient level II); and through Support Services such as Access to Recovery (ATR), which includes the Environmental Stability Program House (Casa Esperanza), among other services. Our Substance Abuse Program is also supported by Case Management.
